Comfortable and passable
Hotel swimming pool was heated which was around about 25* so might not be warm enough for all but we found it pleasant and a lot of hotel quote heated when they are not this one is. Rooms spacious with comfy beds so happy with the accommodation.
Very pleased really apart from the check in took forever and zero information given about the hotel so the check in was not good at all, and we were the only ones checking in I have no idea what would happen if you had a group of people waiting. The day we were leaving only 1 lift working and the lifts are small so we lost so much time trying to get to the lobby to find someone cleaning and blocked 2 out of 3 lifts this should not happen!! They should only block 1 lift and it definitely should not be during the morning it should be mid-day at the earliest. WIFI does not work if you are in one of the end rooms be aware of this.

What was the highlight of Hotel Puerto Palace
Overall good experience, great value for money, only minor issues with the foodchoice
-Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. -Balcony overlooking the pool area and view to the Teide was great! -Bathroom equipped with showertub and two sinks was clean and well maintained -Evening entertainment was basic, but okay with different musicians (some better than others in regards to entertaining the crowd) or „traditional“ spanish dancers performing and was always well visited by the guests -Breakfast had good options of different bread and brötchen, daily cold cuts (cheese, ham,…), different jams etc., fruits and vergetables tasted great - Location as in Puerto Cruz is great, its a bit up the mountain with about a 20 minute walk down to the main streets with lots of restaurants (quite steep on the way back up!)
- Breakfast: only had pancakes on some days, the eggs tasted quite bland, so after some days youd always pick the same stuff - Breakfast: Juices and coffee were only available through a machine and tasted like that, some fresh ones may have been a little better - Dinner: Amount of choices was rather limited, though youd always had at least 2/3 options of different meats and carbs (rotating between rice, potatoes and pasta), drinks are NOT included and had to be paid at the end of stay
